Our Chem-Loc 400 series products are cost-effective, organic polymers. These products are used to bind and stabilize storag$
wind-swept areas, and bulk materials transported in open rail cars. Chem-Loc 400 series products "glues" the fine material
particles together to prevent their erosion and loss. Some of these products can also be applied to prevent excess
moisture penetrating your stockpile and degrading the material or causing spontaneous combustion.
Application is done in a single operation by spraying a pre-diluted solution through a conventional high pressure pump
sprayer or by means of an engineered Golden West system. Our Chem-Loc 400 series products are diluted at a rate
between 10-40 gallons of water per gallon of concentrated product depending on the application and desired effect.
This diluted solution is then applied at a rate of approximately 14 gallons per one hundred square feet.
